Called in for a wasp nest removal and they not only showed up the same day but gave him a great price. The other competitors were more and they also gave me a warranty if they should come back., Highly recommend this company.. great service..

I am very happy with the service I received from North Point Pest Solutions. Carlos and Brian are very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and am glad my friend recommended them to me. They are much better than some of the other places I have worked with in the past. If you are looking for a local pest control company, I would definitely call North Point Pest Solutions.

I totally recommend NorthPoint Pest Control to get rid of invasive critters. I especially recommend Katie Ivy of North Point whom I have nicknamed “Rat Dog” after a famous San Franciso private detective. She is fascinated with wasps, rats, bats, spiders, raccoons and I daresay can read their minds. She even has pet snakes at home. She loves her job and we really enjoy her. We live in Mill Valley among the plants that keep cover for rats and a creek close by that gives them water. Our house is a 100 year old converted horse barn that has a number of access points. Katie has to go into small crawl spaces, a second floor, climb into our attic (she brings her own ladder) and a basement. She finds the rodents, traps them, and removes them efficiently and completely. Due to her expertise, we are usually rodent free. You can’t beat that! 5 stars.

This company was extremely organized, on time, showed up within 24 hours, professional, HONEST above all else, and I would recommend them 100%. Brian, was an amazing technician and person, very polite, very kind, extremely understanding, and knowledgeable. What began as a very stressful experienced was quickly descalated. Call these guys immediately ask for Brian!

Brian was an expert at dealing with our unwanted bats. Plus he made sure they all left and didn’t return elsewhere on our property. I would highly recommend his services!!
