I have been using Thrasher for general pest (insect) control for over 2 years now. They have different levels of service, and for the one I am on, they come every other month to do a preventative spray. Most treatments are around the parameter of my house that results in minimal insects inside, which doesn’t require me to be home for the treatment. For no additional charge they will also spray inside if I notice problem areas. They set sticky traps to inspect what pests I am seeing in my local area to make sure they are providing the correct treatment plan and alert me of any problem insects. The package is affordable compared to the other companies I contacted. They are always respect my property and are mindful of small children. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with their work and results.

Very horrible experience. Idk how this has 5 stars. Miscommunication and miss scheduling at every single step. My first fumigation order was not understood correctly. Then for other work i was not told properly what the steps are so ended up paying extra. They said theyl come for work but didn’t come. The termite and pest are different departments who dont talk to each other. And on and on and on. I must have made at least 15 calls just to get the basic work done. And each time i have to give my name and address. Not smooth at all. Very disorganized. Would recommend avoiding or at least dont get the rodent prevention services

I recently had Thrasher come out for pest control service, and I was very impressed with their technician, Zeus Sr. He was incredibly easy to work with and took the time to go over a few areas around my home that needed special attention. Despite the scorching 100-degree heat, Zeus Sr. remained professional and didn’t let the weather impact the excellent customer service he provided. I appreciated his dedication and thoroughness. Highly recommend!
