Anyone looking for a termite inspection shouldn’t hesitate to call this company! Vlad came to my place to inspect an area that I thought had termites. He said I didn’t have any! That was a very pleasant surprise! I will call them in the future if I think I have termites. Its so nice to find someone that is honest these days! I highly recommend Vlad and his company. I should add that I offered to give him a consulation fee because it is a long drive to my place but he wouldn’t accept.

Termites can be a big issue, especially when it’s a rental unit. I called Termite pros who sent out a team member to complete a free inspection. They were easy to book, friendly, honest, and down to business. Booked our work to be done pretty quickly, and we’re great at communicating all throughout. I have a few rentals, so it’s nice not to have to travel back and forth between states and be able to just rely on a professional to complete a to z without issues. The whole team was excellent, and Vlademir really educated us well and kept in constant contact with me via a Zoom call to show me the process and progress. They charged me a very fair rate, and I recommend them to anyone in need. Thanks again, guys!

I would highly recommend using Termite Pro. Identified a termite infestation in our fence. Jose came out to do an inspection immediately and spotted some further infestation in our crawlspace. Provided me an estimate for tenting fumigation later that same afternoon that was significantly less than other vendors. Was able to schedule a tenting very soon and it went very smoothly. Best of all Jose was available throughout the entire process to answer any questions I had. He would respond very promptly by text. Very pleased!

Everything went very smoothly (aside from one glitch in communication initially). The inspection identified several sections of wood on the eaves of the house and garage that have ongoing termite activity. The estimate to fix these areas – we elected to fix specific spots, not tent the whole house – was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. The guys who did the work were very professional and friendly, and did a thorough job, including spraying the crawl space under the house and the attics. The warranty included with their work is excellent; I am excited to finally have a good company to work with to keep our house free from these destructive pests!

Set up an appointment on Wednesday with them. They are extremely thorough, found termite damage we didn’t even know about. Scheduled that Saturday. They showed up on time, cleaned up right away, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

They came out for a free inspection of my house which hadn’t been checked in 10 + years. Luckily, they found no evidence of termites and answered my questions and gave me advice for keeping termites at bay. Came on time. Thanks!

A tenant spotted bugs, and I called up Joe to get to the bottom of the problem. He was there the next day, did a free inspection – and guess what? They were regular ants, not termites. It was really refreshing to deal with someone who was both prompt and honest.

Wow is all I can say. We spotted a termite issue around a window frame inside the house. They showed up on time, inspected the window and the rest of the house, and then said no need to spend any money with us. They said it is isolated to that window and shard the professional grade product to order and how to to treat the area. I found the product online for $32. Not many companies come out for a free service call and then tell you how to save yourself some money.

After getting a couple of quotes from other companies, I ended up hiring Termite Pro and was really impressed. Impeccable customer service and utter professionalism. They’re efficient, honest, reasonably priced and explain everything in details. They offer a one year warranty and free follow-up visits. Highly recommend.
