A Step Above really should be called 5 Steps Above! They are awesome. I called yesterday as a new customer and spoke with Tania in the office. She could not have been any sweeter, caring, accommodating and helpful, and she was able to get a technician scheduled for us first thing this morning! Robert, the technician, showed up on time, was communicative prior to his arrival, and was such a wonderful guy. He took great care to focus on the areas that we’ve seen issues in the past, was very professional, and is genuinely a really nice and caring person. I couldn’t be any happier with my choice to contact A Step Above, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Ricardo and Aaron are incredible. They went out of their way to make sure the job was well done. Ricardo even spent another several hours making sure the cracks in all of our stairs were fully rodent proofed. Would absolutely recommend these guys!

Dwayne was knowledgeable, courteous, personable and attentive to the entire premises. We have not yet had the job done but he sure did a great inspection. I give him a five star all the way around.
