I would not use this Company any more in the future. The inspector came to give me a proposal which was not clear in terms of financing and the details of the type of insulation material they were going to put in my attic on June 13, 2024. As of today they have not put the rodent traps in the attic as they promised and did not provide the status of the basement condition.

I needed a termite inspection wirh no hassle and i chose this conpany after falling several because someone actually pucked up the phone right away and was very helpful firsr of all. My inspector was Andrew i cant say wnoigh good things. He was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable, and did jot try to have us do more than what was needed. He was so infoemative and beought much relief to our situation. I know much more about the problem than i did before and i will be doing business with them from here on out:! The inspector’s attitude was nice. The home was treated for fleas, for 5 days there wasn’t any fleas, but last night and this morning they came back, biting us all over again. I thought the chemicals were supposed to keep you safe for at least two weeks until the follow-up. I called and kindly asked if it’s possible to have the inspector come back for the follow-up this week (basically one week before the 2 weeks time), but the lady on the phone insisted that it takes a lot of time for the chemical to work (non-sense cuz they are leaving bites and it’s obvious the chemicals didn’t work on them). When I told her we are getting bites again after 5 days, she said “that’s just how it is”. There’s no problem-solving skill or empathy shown. Fleas bites are outrageously itchy, and she was patronizing. I feel like Kilter just didn’t want to do a follow-up of $75, and it’s reflected on how their employee speaks to her customers. Very disappointed in their attitude. I would recommend doing business with someone else, cuz clearly 1) the chemicals takes more than a week to take effect and 2) they aren’t willing to do follow-ups when their chemicals didn’t work.

We have used Kilter for over 20 years for both annual Termite inspection and quarterly pest control. Josh does our termite inspection and always does a thorough job and if we have an issue like the time we were taking down a fence and saw subterranean termite tube. Called Kilter and Josh came out and took care of it. Humberto does our quarterly pest control and always does a great job. Had ants a few times in the house. called Kilter and Humberto came out and applied some kind of jell. No more ants. Great service. Also, the office staff is always helpful and friendly.

Who likes termites! While we may not like them knowing that there are experts who can get rid of them are a blessing when you think about them invading the home you just bought. When Dave arrived he immediately put me at ease and gave my home a full inspection. He took his time to educate me get me comfortable with his colleague that would perform the work. We were able to get an appointment in a few days and like my termites, the rest is history. I’m so thankful and highly recommend Kilter Termite to help address your termite issues.
