You are the worst Pest control. I have had you for 2 years and tech constantly quitting, you raise your prices constantly for what reason they do a bad job there is a house across from me I watched them they stayed 10 min there,were two they sat and talked to each other . I am going to go across the street and tell them about the bad job you techs did .Your service man quit and and you can’t service me properly , you constantly reschedule, you lie to your clients promising things you can’t deliver. I started paying 119 per device then it went up to 135 and you wanted me to pay 45 per month instead of 135 . The only reason you wanted me to pay monthly is that you need money to keep your company afloat well guess what you couldn’t service me10, like you promised well guess what you are getting nothing you are very poor with your business . No more Home Shield there are other pest companies they are out there . I will find a better company than you ….Renee

My husband and I started seeing a lot of bugs around the house so we wanted to look into Pest Control. We were scared of the price, but wanted to get ahead of it before it got out of control. We also wanted safe chemicals around our dogs. We found Home Shield Pest Control on Yelp, and since they had such great reviews and so many of them, we called them first. They offered me a great price by using the $150 off coupon from Yelp, and the monthly payment makes it easy knowing they will come out quarterly to stay on top of the pest control. Saul was nice, on time, easy to work with, and explained everything. He took down all the cobwebs and treated the perimeter of the house, the yard, the garage, and the baseboards inside. So far very happy with their service and I feel great knowing I can call them anytime for any bugs we find.

My First time using this company and I can see why they have so many great reviews. I would recommend this company if anyone needs this type of service. They did exactly what I need to be done.
