Janna and her team are AMAZING! They took such good care of my Grandparent’s home. Not only did they spray and put traps out, they always made sure my Grandparent’s were ok. They would knock on the door and check in every time they were there to service the home. They were a true blessing for many, many years! I highly recommend them for any “pest” service you need!!

Highly recommended! Called early in the morning and not only did Sam get back to me right away, he came and sprayed the exterior of my house a few hours later! Friendly, personable, and courteous, he sprayed the exterior of my house and even got some areas by my backyard fence that my kids frequent. I’ve been seeing tons of dead nasty bugs each morning so definitely was worth the spray! I will definitely be coming back every time I need spraying done!!!!

Sam is great! So thorough and informative about the behaviors and habits of different pests, so that we were able to develop a plan of attack. We had been battling a mouse issue since We moved here two years ago. Since we are surrounded by nature preserve on three sides, we started to think it just comes with the territory. After our first visit by Sam, we have had no sign of a mouse at all!!! Three months clean! So happy and very affordable. Thanks Sam!!

I’ve only had one visit from them two days ago and I’m already seeing dead bugs and roaches outside my house and in my garage where I was seeing those big outside roaches a lot of us are crying about in the Lincoln and Rocklin area (I am experiencing tears of joy while writing this!) Plus they spend extra money on their pesticides to make sure it is pet and child safe (bonus for a fur mom and a first time human mom about to pop) You can tell they are passionate about educating and helping people with their pest problems. Sam also prepared me for the initial shock of seeing more bugs before seeing less and gave me tips and tricks on how to handle my pest issues while the process kicks in which have been helpful! I also love the fact that Sam, who came to my house was very professional, personable, and understanding to my bug phobia. He was very thorough trying to understand all of my concerns/needs and didn’t try to oversell or push me into any services. Hands down recommend this company! Also if you look them up on Facebook or search their name in the Good Neighbors of Lincoln FB page, you will see that they come *highly* recommended in the community.
