I like that a knowledgable person answered when I called, easy to set appointment and good follow up. Tech found 4 spots wasps were starting nests and solved pesky wasp problem for my Tenant. Well done.

Adam came on time. He was professional and seemed to be knowledgable about pest control. with regard to termites and ants. I did not have termites, as I had suspected; but did have a major ant problem. I hired him on a monthly basis for pest control of my home and property.

A new service with Arrest a Pest was super easy to set up with Tracy. I liked their responsiveness and the service options that they offered fit my needs. I spoke with Adam on the day of service and he was friendly and able to answer my remaining questions. Multiple forms of payment options are available which is nice. Their tech, Gabriel, was knowledgeable and explained his procedures. He was quick but thorough.

WOW! what great service we were provided. Adam was beyond excellent in assisting us with those summer bugs. The monthly program they offer is so beneficial and worth it. But beyond what they provide as services it’s the customer service we love. We called not even 24 hours before he came to our home but because of my worry he provided urgency to take care of us and give us a peace of mind.
