I caught what I thought was a rat in my backyard. The animal was still alive and I wanted to call a professional to take care of this properly. I spoke with William and he was friendly, professional, and affordable and came out within an hour. Turns out the animal was a possum and he captured it alive and treated it humanely. I fully support and recommend him. Thanks again for the quick and friendly response.

TL;DR: Xpert provided great service and I would recommend them. Recently, we discovered a raccoon hadn’t gotten into our attic. We discovered this and 9p on a Friday. We called around, but of course everyone was closed. We left several messages. Xpert got back to us (not all places did) and was able to provide a clear plan and clear reason for how to deal with the raccoon. They’ve just finished their work and I’ve been very happy. The critter is gone and I’m confident they won’t return.

Called on a Saturday and William came out on the same day to remove a dead rat from our property. Inspected for other potential issues. Super friendly and very responsive!

Wow, talk about service. William was able to squeeze me in the same day I called him. He did a very thorough walk through of the premise and explained to me what I should look out for. He’s super knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend 🙂

A rat was in the process of stripping the bark off of our lemon trees. Night after night it was appearing on a motion detection camera but multiple traps were of no avail. It looked like we were probably going to lose the trees when William Dahl of Xpert Rodent & Wildlife Solutions In Half Moon Bay was contracted. He came to our location within a couple of hours and had to return with the appropriate trap the same evening. He determined that a live trap might work after all other attempts had failed. Overnight the rat was trapped and the trees saved. Several neighbors have lost citrus to rats so I know this will not be the last time we may need rodent control. I will immediately call William Dahl the next time I’ll need any pest control services.

William is great! I was working with a restaurant in an area where rats a major community wide problem, and we needed to get them out of our cafe fast. William helped us do exactly that. Several other companies failed, and in fact their failed efforts likely made William’s job a little harder. I wish I had just called Xpert first. If you need a specialist, these are the people to call.
