So far so good only the first day and they caught the two rats I saw in my garage! Ed and Ruben are both so nice and pleasant to work with. When I requested them to come back the same day to get the deceased pest they were very quick!! Very attentive and Marissa in the office as well is just as nice and helpful

Ed was on time, friendly and did an ok job. I wasn’t pleased that he threw pesticide granules in my herb planters. Granted, the granules are organic, please provide me the entire list of what’s in it. I, also, wasn’t happy that he flipped over a cat food bowl full of kibble onto my floor versus just placing it on one of my tables. I had to clean up the mess and discard the food. I watched him as he sprayed atop my deck boxes and onto my fence versus where spiders and insects might be hiding. Chris did such an amazingly thorough job that I rarely saw an ant or spider, and he never sprayed INTO my herb garden but instead around it. He would pull all my animal food dishes out of the way and never overturned them, spilling all the contents.
