I found them in Yelp and scheduled a quote inspection. They came on a Monday & said they will email me a quote the next day. Didn’t receive a call or email. I followed up that Friday & they said they will send a quote the following Monday. It is now Wednesday the next week & still have not received a quote for Bird Control. Even if they offered their services for free, I would not trust they can do a good job just from their lack of communication & follow up.

I didn’t use this company but witnessed first hand how when asked to inspect for termites in a house my friend wanted to buy and she told them if the house had termites she didn’t want to buy it and they told her the house was good to go and there were no termites! So she bought the house and within a month and a half there were termites found in a complete hollowed out door! So she had to call them up to fumigate the house! She then contacted them to have them replace the door that caved in from the outside! They are giving her a run around like crazy! The guy came out to take a look at the door to get measurements and that was over a month ago and he came and dropped off a temporary door which took like 2 weeks and then he said he would be back the next morning to put it on and still has not showed up and that was almost 2 weeks now! Everytime she contacts him he take long to respond and always has an excuse why he hasn’t come out!!! I live the house in question here!! I would never recommend their business to anyone!!!

It was determined I have termites and within a few days Mr. Slusher had a crew out here that drilled and trenches to eradicate the pests. They were here on time and worked hard straight through which took about 4-5 hours. Thanks to CSI Exterminators for their fast response and hard work! Highly recommend!

Ronnie came out within a couple days to take a look at termite infestation. Said he didn’t bring his equipment to measure cubic volume or something but would return another day. My fiance saw him here a couple days later so I was expecting the quote I was promised. Called 3 different times asking for the quote and was told each time it’s be sent within a day. Never sent the quote so I guess they don’t need the work. Why come out twice only to not senda quote. Waste of time extremely unprofessional. Called 2 other companies that actually want to work to get inspection. Thanks for wasting my time CSI!!

Jason was very thorough in our request about the rodent control. He stressed to just have us call him if we see anymore activity and how to control it.

Wow, I can’t believe this company.. I had someone out to my house a good two months ago and gave me quote and we agreed blah blah blah.. He said it would take a couple weeks for materials and I was way cool with that.. Over a month goes by and I get a call that materials are in and they will call me back asap to schedule a date, I say sure no prob.. Well, after I’ve emailed them and waited days/weeks AGAIN.. Today I decided I’m done and want to cancel and when I cancelled, I got a very easy going OK and that was it.. I may have heard an apology but no effort to make things right.. They must be rolling in the cash if it’s that easy to give up customers.. NO recommendation for this place what so ever..
