UPDATE 9/23/19: Mr. Christian did settle on a refund amount of $1000 at my father’s request from 2 weeks ago, and made good on the payment this weekend. I’m sharing this review on behalf of my father, as he does not have social media but his experience was so disappointing (to say the least) that he wanted it posted to give future potential customers the knowledge of what this company is capable of. On Aug. 5, 2019, Mr. Todd Christian, President of Service Plus Termite and Construction Inc. together with his assistant, started on a project to remove and destroy termite infestations in the trim around my father’s house and replace the wood that had to be removed. The work proposal was for $1800. During the job, Mr. Christian broke a very valuable Italian sconce on the exterior of the home (confirmed it was him through our security cameras). Not only did he refuse to say he broke it, he took the pieces and put them in his truck to hide the situation and threw them away at his own house. When confronted about it over the phone, he became furious and cussed at my father and told him he wasn’t finishing the job now (even after my father had already paid the $1800 in full in advance) and hung up on him. My father did get the pieces of the sconce back which is now being repaired for $800, and had to hire another contractor to finish the job that Service Plus Termite had started, and they refused any further communication. Please be warned of the lack of integrity and dishonest business ethic at this company, along with Mr. Christian’s abusive behavior.
