Shane & Server’s has been servicing our home for over 7 years, I appreciate that he calls before the day to remind us that he’ll be stopping by, then on day of he’ll knock to see how things are going and if we have any issues with insects or rodents. Since we’ve been using them we have not hand any issues thanks to Shane & Server’s Pest control.

Ants have been the worst this summer. Finally had to find an exterminator. The technicians were super-friendly and accommodating. They even wore shoe covers when coming indoors. They guarantee their work, too! They give you a 4 hour window for their appointments and call you when they are on their way. If you have pets and kids, you want to leave the house for about 4 hours.

They came to my 4plex for roach extermination. I asked them to spray 3 out of 4 since the 4th one was a separate unit with one wall attached and with no roaches.My tenets all complained that they came just for a few minutes to each apt and did spray. After a few days and even a few weeks we didn’t see any roach reduction. I called the office and complained. They said because we didn’t Took care of the 4th apt, the roaches are coming to other 3. The logic that is absolutely wrong. The roaches should scape all from the apartments that had been sprayed to the one that is not. My calls to the office to revisit the apartments didn’t get anywhere and they didn’t come back to spray again. They still want the money for nothing done. I finally called another company and they came and took care of it.
