Can’t say enough great things about the folks at Nix. A few years ago when another, unscrupulous company, tried to take advantage of us, Travis at Nix termite came and gave us a fair price and did an amazing job on our termite treatment Fast forward to today, a different location, a large commercial project…. another unscrupulous company tries to take advantage of us. Travis and Nix again save the day. Excellent price and excellent workmanship. Love these guys, Alexis is a pleasure to work with These folks are professionals from the word to!

Wow !! I Can say that Nixtermite was much much better than I was expected , they are amazing in all the ways ,price , timing and a 150%on excellent professional customer service, our auntie recommended them to us because they was very happy with their price and customer service so we try and all I can says is they are the best ,, highly recommended to anyone,, And I love that is family own and operated.. There’s mixup and with the admin and fumigation crew. The lack of coordination within the company resulted to missed prep day, rescheduling of services, and overall inconvenience to tenants who had to rebook flights and hotel accommodation. Although the company covered portion of hotel lodging expenses, the time wasted and disappointment could have been avoided if their admin and crew coordinated well.

I liked this pest inspection company from the first time I tried them, I was amazed that they did not charge a fee to inspect a condo and usually they do not find any termite problems in condo inspections. So, as a Realtor I choose Nixtermite for all my inspections now. When they do find problems to correct, usually in detached homes, I totally trust their findings and they are fair priced and do a professional job in correcting issues. They are very easy to communicate with and produce their reports expeditiously. They do have a fee now for all inspections but it is less than many other companies. This company is reliable, honest, and very nice to deal with.

I had a great experience with NixTermite. They have always been very professional at the best value I could find. Several roof tiles unfortunately were broken during fumigation; however, they replaced all broken tiles as promised. I will be using them again.

Had monthly service with bait boxes around the outside of the house. It was very effective.
