Terrible company! They randomly knocked on my door at 9 this evening! What kind of company does random door knocks at 9 on a Friday evening! They also like to try to use people’s names in an attempt to get business, even though those people have publicly stated they don’t know who this company is. They also remove “do not recommend” comments from their Facebook page. Stay away from this awful company! In response to your reply: Why does being a college student make it okay to knock on someone’s door to sell them something at 9 pm? The answer is it does not. And your guys are using the Mayor’s name trying to get business. He has publicly stated he hasn’t used you guys, nor does he recommend you.

Been great while I was paying for their services. But wondering why Rumble has taken $440 out of my bank this month, when I haven’t seen them in several months. Five charges in a single month, for what? I already told my rep that I had no desire to renew my contract with them, but they are still taking my money without any communication or appointments. Pretty scummy.

Told us they could get rid of our bug problems. A year and half later we still have the same problem with no intentions of helping out even though we paid them over 1300.00. So be careful

Ask them multiple times to come back never did and then when I got upset and told them I was done they went ahead and charged me the $200 even though they never completed a service. Will never recommend such a rip off will be calling my bank for fraud

We had a horrible experience! Tried talking with them about how dissatisfied we were and she said , she thought they did a good job lol ! Then tried to charge my card and extra 100.00 unauthorized ! 289.00 for one half done application ! Do not recommend!!

Thank you Rumble for doing a GREAT job! This is the first time we have ever hired a pest control company, we were city dwellers that had always maintained our own small home and yard. But moving into NWA came with terrible armadillos, huge ants and nasty spiders. Yesterday was the second time out here, your first application went from seeing armadillos daily to now only occasionally. But to also exterminate inside and around our home has totally convinced us that home self applications do not come near to what your pest control can do. But most important, are the two technicians that have been here. Not only do they maintain excellent customer service, but they take their time to educate us as well. Thanks again Rumble, we appreciate you!

Tried to cancel with them and the lady would not stop trying to get us to keep service. Said she cancelled but then we got charged for service that we haven’t had in months. When we saw we got charged again after canceling… I called back. The lady said their call recordings have no proof of me calling so she could not refund me the money.
