We have had Allen coming out for at least 6 years now, ever since we started seeing scorpions in the house, and we’ve been nothing but pleased with the service. Any time I need him to come spray inside, I just send a quick email on the website and they always respond promptly. Allen is very polite and professional, and even my dogs and cats like to “talk” to him 🤣 with 2 small kids in the house, it’s been a tremendous relief to have our home free of scorpions and other creepy crawlers that could potentially hurt the kids. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I’d like to give a decent rating here. But the truth is–I paid $170 for someone to walk around and look at my eves for five minutes. I own a crawl space home and it was too wet to look at during the visit. Now six weeks later, I have called back twice to have a follow-on scheduled and was told that a technician would contact me…nope, nothing. The payment went through but the services we NOT rendered. Pretty disappointed. In the future I’ll contact a pest control company that shows up.
