We had a rat infestation problem. It was horrible. Some nights, we’d hear them arguing and fighting within the walls. Anyway, I called several exterminators and Masters was the one I felt was more reasonable for what they were going to do for me. I paid it and they came out once a week for like 3 weeks in a row. They followed up around 2 weeks after the last treatment to make sure rats were gone and sure enough, no more signs of rats. They were very professional, very thorough, and very knowledgeable. It’s been over a year since then and we continue to be rat-free. Thank you Masters Exterminators!

Terrible service!! I hired them to solve a battlement cockroach problem and the problem continued!! They made 2 applications and they were of no use. We gave them the opportunity to come a third time when we told them about our disagreement and we continued with the problem, in addition to the fact that the exterminator they sent us only lasts a few minutes and leaves!!
