Termagon is a stellar company for me and my property management team at Habitation Realty. I adore the people that they send to spray my house and love how they ask if we have any specific areas of problems. John is my usual tech and he is thorough and thoughtful. The techs are so great with my dog that even the tech today, Jeremiah, brought him a meaty, meaty, dog treat (chicken is also offered for those dogs with discriminating taste). BOTH of these techs have gone so far as to sweep off my front and back porch to remove spiderwebs! I’m so impressed with the hiring ability of of Termagon and their employees. Oh, and I never see bugs anymore, even though I’m out in the desert. And, finally, here’s a picture of Jeremiah sweeping off the spiderwebs on my back porch. Great service. Great people. Great price. Definitely not happy with the lies the tech told my Apt manager about the condition of mu apartment when he came to treat, causing me to get a 5 day notice . But thankfully after my manager saw for herself it was unfounded. And all that for the review i left about the young mans job he did treating my apartment. He spent less than 5 minutes both times treating place . I prepped as required too. I had a section 8 inspection and it failed because of the bedbugs and it needs to be treated ASAP and correctly or I’ll lose my apartment and section 8 benefits. The job he did was less than satisfactory hence i been treating the places he missed myself.. But to go as far as he did to tell her what he did was very unprofessional,vile and condescending. To cost me my apartment is a little extreme for a bad review. So i erased it . So o guess it isnt ok to yell the truth about the job performed or there will be consequences like i have to endure.**New** Ive tried reaching you in 2 offices and no luck. ***You said you would like to speak with me well ive tried to reach you in 2 different offices and they say your not there. So i guess the review stands as is. Also Angie’s list and the BBB next .

I’ve used Termagon for over 27 years and have contracted with them for thousands of multi-family (apartment) units as well as large commercial properties from standard pest control to challenging bee removal and termite treatment. When taking over properties who’ve had other pest control companies in place, would inevitably make a change to Termagon as I’ve found this company to be the only one, of dozens of others, to successfully eliminate whichever pests are plaguing the properties, timely and with ease. Their service is extremely professional, consistent and they stand by their work. Pricing has always been comparable or slightly better than competitors, and owners and tenants are pleased with the no-nonsense service that Termagon delivers. The post service reports are clear and concise and explain the service that was completed and any scheduled and recommended follow up services. I refer Termagon to everyone who is in need of the most qualified pest control company in Tucson and Phoenix. It’s also nice to support a veteran owned local company whose owner is always available for any questions or specific needs.

After months of negligent sprays from termagon multiple clean outs I still am left with a horrible problem that has only progressed over a year of being services by termagon and has never been able to resolve a single issue.exterminators come in and spend 15 seconds in a room a whole minute to do your whole place and fails to pay attention to detail worst pest control service I’ve ever experienced if I could give no stars I would even the owner will take no accountability

Called yesterday to get an arrival window for my quarterly service. Was told between 9-11AM. Waited all morning, it’s now 12:15. Just called and after being on hold, was told there was some kind of mix up and my window is now 3-5PM. These people have NO respect for their customers time. I have just canceled service with this company and will call someone else.
