Tina T has been our recurring service tech since Responsible acquired several local companies. She is, hands down, one of the best techs we’ve had to help us with our pest control needs – kind, communicative, attentive, respectful, and coolest human!! We truly appreciate her kindness and the relationship we’ve been able to build with her as our service tech. It creates a sense of trust and safety that is genuinely valued these days! We so appreciate you, Tina, and all that you do to help us keep our home and surrounding area safe and free from unwanted visitors. I’ve only communicated with Terry in the offices, and her level of customer service has been so kind, personable, and supportive! I’ve had other emails come through and the few others that have, if they weren’t from Terry, they were nameless and lacked a level of personalization that made it difficult to connect and the responses didn’t feel as personable. They were never rude, though. Just almost felt like moving through volume – standard and lacked a level of personalization. We have been with Responsible for several years now, and we do appreciate Tina’s help, Terry’s when needed, and support with our questions and concerns over the years! They did execute another slight price increase for our recurring monthly service, this year, however, with no communication proactively, so that was a bit of a disappointment. The first increase they did notify clients. If willing to receive suggestions, please take the time to notify clients of price increases. It’s not that we’ll necessarily disagree, but many of us are budgeting these monthly expenses, so it’s just a respectful way to allow clients to make adjustments if/where they can. We remain with the company because we love Tina, honestly, and we have recommended Responsible Pest to several friends and some have utilized their services for their own pest control needs.

This company and its people more importantly go above and beyond what is necessary to get the job done when it comes to getting rid of pests on your property. I have had nothing short of superb service by its employees especially our service provider in the Tucson area, Alex!. (Sorry, but I don’t know his last name :-)). Nonetheless, I can only say that you cannot go wrong hiring this company for your pest exterminating needs.

Bill did an excellent job. He showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and installed all the termite baits as promised. Kudos to him for doing it all in 110 degree temps!
