Pioneer Pest & Termite Control Inc has provided me with excellent service for years. No contract need, my technician calls me when I am due for treatment and sets up a time that works for me. I have also had them treat my house for termites pack rats bees and gophers and always happy! I recommend them to anyone and everyone! edit please look at this message i sent to Yelp.. they hide good reviews ! i can not believe that 1 bad review from a person that has 12 reviews is fully weighted when there are 4+ four star reviews from happy customers. for the reccord i am not employed by this company in any way To yelp: you should be ashamed at the way you conduct your business. this one person gets his voice heard. but when i rate the same company in a positive light you hide it.. my vote should count as much as this persons. you are hurting small business! squeaky wheel gets the grease and you are the megaphone. i will make it my business to get this message to any and all that will hear it. this company is solid and you are stealing from them by hiding good reviews and showcasing this one negative review

The owner Dave Bacal came to my home to do a termite treatment. In the process of drilling , the person he hired to help him name Randy had drill through my carport and punctured my water line going into my washing machine. Dave went into my backyard to shut off my water and broke my waterline. Dave then proceeded to tell me that the water line in the back was my fault that it was broken and I needed to buy the parts to fix it and he would fix it for me. I told him that if he was not license to do plumbing he needed to hire an expert. Then retreated into my home to take care of my disabled daughter I did not plan on babysitting him. A plumber was called later to fix a broken water pipe and the carport . In the end what I got was a water line in my backyard which was installed by Pioneer pest control that was not up to code and sloppy work which was done by Dave and his employee for which they were not qualified to do. I also was left with a hole in my carport that was patched with quick Crete of about 1 inch and a crack or to go into the foundation of my home. Upon inspection from a third party person these folks did more damage to my home and is going to cost me more money to fix then helped. As a businessman myself I tried to settle this with Mr Bacal but he was not willing or not knowledgeable of fulfilling the obligation to the customer when you mess up.

Dave is a very profession business man. I have been using him for almost two years and I recommend him first when people ask about pest control. He uses pet safe products and is wonderful around my dog. His prices are always perfect and he is great about getting a hold of me when its time for service. I trust Dave 100% and I encourage everyone to utilize his services! 10/10
