We had Tony as our pest control expert. He first introduced himself & was very pleasant! He was knowledgeable explained what he was going to be doing & ask if we had any concerns or questions. I ask if he checks for Termites he replied yes inside & outside, then explained what to look for. He wanted to know if there were any places that we saw activity! This is my second encounter with UDPC. Jordan was punctual, professional and thorough. He communicated his plan, addressing all of my needs and ensuring confidence in their services. I have had ZERO pests since my initial treatment and am happy with the ongoing communication and experience. Customer service is top notch and their follow through immaculate. I have used other services (Green MAN-Go) who DO not honor their contract; leaving scheduling and follow up solely to the customer. I am thrilled with my new service and have experienced no problems so far!

Dallin is the best! He went above and beyond for us today and spent so much time at our house after we expressed concerns over the amount of earwigs we were seeing and finding baby scorpions. I was so freaked out about the scorpions since our baby crawls all around and likes to play behind our curtains. I can’t express enough how appreciative I am for the time he spent at our home to get us in a better spot with pests. He really took care of us! Thanks SO much Dallin!!!
