I’ve had Insectek for a few years, at two different homes, and they never disappoint! When something isn’t right, they get to it quickly. This last time, they were able to send Erik out within an hour and addressed the issue. He was thorough and, frankly, made me feel much more relaxed about a creepy crawly situation. I’m a customer for life.

We have been using Insectek for both my house and my mom’s house for several years. All of the technicians they send have been courteous and professional. Today Nolan came and he texted before he came to let me know he was on his way; he offered to spray the garage as well but we didn’t need to; he was pleasant, conversant and efficient. I’m glad he’ll be coming back!

My experience with their Customer Service: Pretty satisfied with their service! Never had a problem scheduling or rescheduling any of my appointments, always friendly, either on time or early, and if running late will notify you asap! My experience with their “product”: As far as the effectiveness of their service goes, I have no complaints at all. Every issue I have had with bugs whether inside or outside my home, has all been taken care of; and if for whatever reason I am not satisfied or feel like an extra spray would help, they are more than willing to come out and spray again for free (don’t quote me on that lol).
