Steve explained everything to us really well!!! Stayed on the phone with us to answer questions for more than 30 min. Made us feel very confident they could take care of the problem!!! Set us up within 5 days!!! Jacob was really great as well! He was very friendly accommodating and professional!!! Thanks so much! We would highly recommend Xtermin pest control. Their communication was excellent! They explained how things would occur and they did just that! We can’t thank you guys enough! This company is Amazing! We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know! We would not hesitate to use them again!

Highly Recommend XTERMIN – Saved the Day! I can’t say enough good things about XTERMIN! They were incredibly responsive and helpful when I needed them most. My dog was bitten by a scorpion today, and I was frantic. I called XTERMIN, and they were at my house within a few hours to do pest control and make sure the areas were treated. Two stars is probably too much but they are knowledgeable and punctual. When floor damage was found (excessive) and questionable, reaching out to office got me standard side step response. Zero accountability. I suspect technician error but what are ya gonna do ? At over a buck a square foot heat treatment can be found cheaper. Make sure they protect your floors from their equipment.

Michelle did a great job answering questions about the service and the cost. Jacob, the service Technician, arived in a company truck on time. We had more questions which he was happy to answer. He explained what he was going do and proceeded with with the servie. The spray was effective. We will be happy to use the service in the future.
