We had service with these guys for almost 3 years (until we moved). John was out Tech and let me tell you, Great Customer Service. Very Professional and Polite. Highly appreciated him and Highly recommend this company.

This place was great, walked in asked some questions, they said they could come right over, they did and completely put me at ease, they looked at my concern and said there was no problems in the home. JP is the best pest control in the whole Mohave county. Very courteous, He always calls before coming by. He always makes sure that the yard is secure after by locking the gate behind him. He is a true blessing for us. Thank you Havasu Pest control.

The service was good very nice an informative tech. The billing not so much.The lady on the phone was not the most friendly person Ive dealt with especially after being double billed. All I asked for was a receipt marked Paid as I am not a computer person and It seemed to me like it was a inconvenience. Maybe Im reading more in it but if you can bill me after I paid bill on day of service I would think a hand written receipt would not be a hassle. I wouldnt have even requested that if was not computer challenged an I wasnt charged wrong in the first place.

Good people, good service and reliable. I always get a call prior to appointment to let me know when they will be arriving. This is very helpful so I can make sure my pets are in the house before they arrive.
