UPDATE #2: The company did step up and refund the money paid, so that is appreciated. I feel the need to leave this review up so others know to be cautious if they have pets. I would hate to have someone else go through this because I took the post down. Just be cautious of all companies that have “kids and pet friendly supplies”. UPDATE: Don’t use thus company! After 4 hours of having my house sprayed with “pet friendly” products, i ended up in the vet ER with all three of my dogs. Called this morning to cancel my service moving forward and because I didn’t want to have them try a different product so they could continue to service my house (I don’t want to go thru this h×#@ again with 3 very sick dogs), instead if the $50.00 discounted rate for signing up, I have to pay the full $150.00. Yes, I agree, I did sign the contract, but I was signing up for something that I was told was “pet friendly”…. their response was “they will be ok, we are truly sorry”….seriously!!! Emergency vets are NOT cheap and then x3, that is a huge bill to swallow…..but, lesson learned on my part…. Just use extreme caution when someone tells you its “pet and kid friendly”…. is it, really??? (To be clear, the product was put down and I was EXTREMELY careful not to let the dogs go near the wet areas). From first contact to the completion of our first service, we can not say enough good things.. So glad we stumbled onto them!

After multiple problems with another company I reached out to Green Magic for a quote and couldn’t be happier that I did. They were quick to schedule, showed up on time, and were incredibly thorough with my service. They listened to the problems that I had been having with various pests and provided suggestions and additional deterrents. I wish I would have switched a long time ago, as I haven’t had a problem since. Many thanks to this business and their employees.

Great experience with this company. Explained all the pricing and all the work thoroughly, communicated and followed up via phone and listened to all my needs. Kyle, my technician, was great- he was here on time, (early even!) was very thorough, and asked me questions to make sure he didn’t miss any thing, paid attention to detail and gave me the best service. I was very pleased!

This company offers great service . I have a been a customer for a little over a year and I have not had a bad experience. I would like to give one of their service techs Chris Gonzalez a huge shoutout for the commitment to provide exceptional service. No one was home on the day of my appointment and I asked him if he could come back later to spray the interior. He did come later the same day and made sure to spray the inside . I really appreciated that and think it’s just one example of how this company is a great choice .

I called yesterday for help with a roof rat problem and today ( one day later) a technician came!! What amazing service😃 “ Carlos” walked our property with me and I showed him where I noticed a nest or droppings from the detested rats. He set two kinds of traps in strategic places: snap traps and box traps with specific bait that these rats like . All pet friendly. Our temperature was 115 and he willingly took extra time to answers a of my questions!! I am completely satisfied and will recommend to friends to select this company and “ Carlos” specifically for their rat problems. We had our first service today. Jacob was very respectful and thorough. Kindly explained what he would be working on and what to expect, and he listened to our current concerns and questions about what bugs/pests we have been seeing. He worked quickly and efficiently! Definitely recommend!

We have been using Green Magic Pest Control at our Corporate Office for several months now. Today, our technician Carlos was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time on our office and ensured that any concern areas inside and outside of our building were taken care of. As a Green Company, we pride ourselves on using green and sustainable products whenever possible. We appreciate that this company doesn’t use harsh chemicals that are bad for the environment unlike many of the other pest control companies out there. We recently tried Green Magic and it did not disappoint. From the very beginning, our service rep Jordan was very nice, extremely thorough, and answered any questions I had.
