Came referred from a friend! Called and got an appointment in the same week. Amazing service, knowledgeable, listened to all our concerns. Showed us where to look and signs to look for. Got all the information on ants. Don’t waste your time or money with anyone else, highly recommend!

Referred to this company by another pest inspector who retired. Did call a few other pest companies to compare, but SO glad I was referred to Doug and ended up choosing Apex! I appreciate the alternate payment option. Doug was on time, clean, professional and personable. Impressed he was on all 4s crawling around on hard flooring in all rooms inspected. He went well above and beyond! I have such good things to say about him and this whole experience of choosing Apex. I highly recommend Apex if you’re in need of a professional pest inspector. (I requested a pre-sale inspection for a vacant unit.)

Apex provided a thorough inspection and sprayed twice . We have not seen a bug since. What I really appreciated was that as the technician did the inspection, he told me a lot about the lifecycle of the bugs, where they might be found, and how to look for them myself. An education that I hadn’t gotten in college.

Saying I recommend Apex Pest Control Solutions doesn’t come close to emphasizing what an overall amazing company it is. I reached out and from my first contact with Melody in the office, I knew I had the right company to meet my needs and help me. Melody got me on the schedule timely, Doug was prompt and not only put exterminator traps around my house, he walked around and gave me suggestions and advice to combat my rodent issue. I have requested a couple rechecks of traps and every interaction was met with a quick response, timely scheduling and punctual arrival at appointment time. During this stressful time, I knew Melody and Doug were there to assist and get my house rodent free. I 100% recommend Apex Pest Control Solutions!

Great customer service, quick and clean, were able to identify where mice were getting in and block it up quickly. Explained what they were doing and why, so feels like I got a whole education while they were fixing the issue. Highly recommended.
