Arrow will always be my exterminators, my service tech is Brandon and I am very happy with the job he does. He always asks if I have had any issues and how he will address them. Arrow ( in my opinion) cares about the customer.

This company works for you and always makes it flexible to your schedule. They don’t push you for services not needed, and answer questions and make suggestions before just charging you a service not needed. They are dependable and their staff is always great to deal with.

Personnel from this company just show up without letting you know they are coming to check the bait stations around the home. I contacted this local office and was placed on hold by Becky after I requested the corporate number. While on hold, I was able to locate the number myself. As I explained to Angie at the corporate location, this “no scheduling, just show up” policy is not conducive or acceptable to customers because if a customer has a gate around their perimeter, how would the worker from Aarow have access to the bait stations behind the locked gate? Angie stated that it would be up to the customer to call and schedule an appointment. To which I replied, “How would the customer know to call and make an appointment if they did not know you were at their home?” The only reason I knew the young gentleman was at my home is because my cameras kept alerting me of someone’s presence. As I told Angie and the young gentleman, it could be easily documented in the system that all the stations had been successfully checked even if they were not, especially if someone does not have a survelliance system around their homes to prove differently. What if I had been out of town or not home at the time? There is ZERO accountability with this “no schedule, just show up” policy. If you don’t get in contact with anyone, why would you show up at someone’s property without their knowledge or permission? Angie stated she would note it in my account to call before showing. Out of courtesy for the customers, the scheduling policy should still be in place. They let us know in advance of our annual premium payment due dates. If you can’t keep up with the demands of scheduling, outsource to a call center or hire more people. The way Aarow has been raising annual premiums, they most definitely can afford it.

Very thorough during thier inspections. Each technician are always willing to go the extra mile to keep my house pest free. Every technicians has been great with my pets.
