They did have a 5 star review from my family but things have changed. We moved but had been a reliable, steady customer for over 30 years. We contacted them to get services started at our new (to us) house but they said they couldn’t possibly get to us……huh ? You have a steady paying customer for over 30 years and you can’t get to us ? Not very good business practice in our eyes.

If you have a slab foundation home. They will drop you as soon as you get termites. And they will not tell you that you have them.

Termite stations have not been checked in over a year nor has crawl space. When I finally got them to come out over half of the stations were not checked. Still broken and full of dirt. Crawl space was not checked. They said they would come back out and fix my stations and check my crawl space. They never showed up.

The agreement was they would come and spray and the very next week they would 8 didn’t come back for a month so even though I paid with a credit card to keep records so even though I paid they sent me a bill I called and asked why they sent me a bill they said oh don’t worry about it you are current and since they didn’t come back the next week like they said they would do it was free when they came back so the month after that they spayed I paid with a credit card bill came said I owed so I called and asked them why they billing me when current they say don’t worry about it I said don’t think I’m going to forget because I am 60 years old now it’s 6 months down the road they said I am not current I got credit card receipts to back me that I am current they been in business they say 30 years so they should be having a billing issue sending you a bill when you current I call today to pay my bill they said I owed that bill that I was current on now it was 55 dollars a month imagine if they charged 100 older people 55 dollars they didn’t owe that would keep them in business for 30 years they sprayed my house for 6 months and I still have a lot of roaches 6 months I should have roaches looking for honest company that do what they say they going to do unsatisfied 60 years old ex customer

We had service with them for over 20 years. However they do not value us as a customer. The technician we had quit working for Guaranty Pest Control. And I guess we got dropped also. When we called to see why we were not being serviced. We were advised the tech quit. The excuse they gave us was everyone is quitting. Not a call to let us know they were behind or anything else. Really SORRY service.
