A visit that should have taken 30 minutes took over an hour because the technician was overly chatty and had commentary on everything in my house, tracked wet footprints through the house and reeked of cigarettes, took apart the furniture and threw all pillows, cushions, and blankets on the now-wet floor, then drew up a quote that was almost three times more expensive than the company we ended up going with. Going with two stars I stead of one because of flexibility scheduling the appointment and the technician’s politeness in our communications. I have no idea how effective their services would have been, though, because I never wanted them in my house again.

The doctor is very knowledge and nice. But I don’t like their customer service. They have very bad follow up. They won’t call you back with the dog blood result, I have to call couple times and the vet is also busy and finally the front desk called me back and said everything is ok. Also the vet said my dog need to have teeth clearing and told me that they have a new machine coming in and someone will call me when the machine came. But of course they never called me back. Very bad follow up and customer service. I won’t bring my dog to go there again.

Terminix came out and tore my furnace apart said it would be an obscure amount of money to treat my home and then left and never reached out again 0/10 do not call them

This is a very professional & a very knowledgeable company when it comes to all things pest management related. Mr. Richard Kammerling has a vast knowledge of Integrated Pest Management principles, tools, and techniques. He is always eager to help his customers with any questions that they might have. If I could give his company 10 stars, I’d gladly do so.

This vet gets the job done at the right price. The doctor won’t sit there and play with your pet and tell you how cute they are. If your looking for that kind of service go elsewhere. They are there to help the animals with no frills, no over the top testing. Decent price compared to others in the area. The practice also has other locations. EDIT: I recently moved far from the area and miss this vet office. My animals are still treated at new vet but the long wait times are no fun. Thank you Doc for treating my pets while we were there!

Don’t use terminex! They won’t ever have time to do inside your home and if you try to reach anyone, you’ll be on hold for an hour! Not worth the headache!

This place is the only vet that would accept my new rescue pup these days, as other vets had long wait times and/or were not acccepting new patietns. It was not easy to find them, but im glad I did – the building is in a side street off Jericho turnpike and the building is quite simple. No fancy lights, fragarances, or expensive waiting area – they see the pup, treat her and kiss her goodbye. I cannot quite easily explain it with words, but what comes to mind is – simple bliss. The staff is lovely, the vet is funny and straight to the point. there is no fluff to get your money, if you are looking for fluff and shiny websites or pretty buuldings this place is not for you. They love the pet for what the pet is – a living animal who needs care, and I love that. the first visit was the fastes visit to a vet ( or any doctor for tha tmatter) i ever experienced. in and out in under an hour with all vaccinations, exam, nail trimmed and blood drawn.

Great people & Vet. The only thing I did not like was when I wanted to transfer to another vet (because they’re 45 mins away from where I live), my dog had one more vaccine left that he needed & when the dog was taken they tell me they did not have anymore vaccines available they are in “back order”. Why was this not told to me 2 days ago when I called to make sure my appointment was all set for the VACCINE? Making me drive 45 mins just to be sent back home, very inconsiderate & unprofessional. Other than that, they’re a good place to take your animal. I can’t complain about that. They did take care of my dog (except one time they forgot to call me back with lab results for my dog & he had some parasites so they called a week later). But they’re ok.
