We’ve used Elstan several times and his services and team have been nothing short of exceptional. Their attention to detail and responsiveness are the model of what every small (or large) business should aspire to be for their customers! And before he gives a quote, he actually asks questions to make sure that he delivers the end result the customer wants. Elstan takes the time to introduce the members of his team when they show up and he checks their work with an eye for detail that would impress anyone. He noticed that the sample colors we had put up were a tiny bit off from the final color we chose (it was our fault), but Elstan alerted us, stopped the work until we made a choice on what to do, and then picked up more paint and finished the job and didn’t even charge us more even though he had every right to. And when he’s finishing up the job, if anything is missed, it’s addressed immediately! We only use Elstan Perez for painting in our house and at a rental property.

Excellent, professional work. Mr. Elstan Perez answered the phone himself and came out the next day for an estimate — and let me know upfront that because I had a small job (exterior door and foundation) that his price might be a bit high. No worries, I wanted the job done right. And because it was a small job, he made an effort to fit me in right away, which was great! The painting crew, Fernando and Ever, did amazing work, even making sure my bushes escaped paint drops, and carefully caulking where the concrete met the steps and driveway. Everything was completely cleaned up afterward. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Elstan Painting had good reviews and we contacted them for our painting needs. Mr. Elstan Perez came to the home, viewed the rooms in need of painting and asked if he could take a couple of pictures. He communicated that he would send an estimate that night or the next morning. We never heard from him again. No estimate. No phone call. No explanation.

Amazing! They were so accommodating. I am currently working, single-parenting and 8 months pregnant, so I was worried about a lot of things from fumes to time constraints when we were looking to hire painters. I am so impressed! They were professional, friendly and left everything looking fantastic! I needed a cream color on top of a navy blue, so it wasn’t an easy job. They stayed extra hours to do 7 coats, and purchased more paint to make sure that it looked great! Thanks Elstan Painting!

Just completed some interior painting & extensive kitchen ceiling repair due to frozen water pipe in January. He and his crew did a fantastic job & were extremely efficient & meticulous. My one regret is that after so many years of renovating & painting I only just now discovered Elstan. Highly recommended & you will love his work.

I’m pretty fussy when it comes to exactness, neatness, and perfection. If I’m going to pay a professional to do work in my home, it’s only because I absolutely cannot do it myself. I had used Elstan Painting in the past to do some exterior paint work at a rental property and they did a fantastic job. For this job, I needed a good painting of my two-story foyer. After contacting Elstan Perez, he personally came to my home to see the space, made some great suggestions, we talked about colors and finishes, he pointed out where some repairs were needed (nail pops, cracks) and it was a very thorough consultation. He followed up by emailing me a detailed written estimate. After signing the contract, providing a deposit of 25%, and my paint color choice – his crew showed up 4 days later at 8am to begin work! The crew of three neatly put down drop cloths, carefully brought in ladders, hung plastic drapes so the work area was isolated from the rest of the home. Elstan came in to check on the progress several times. The foyer is now beautiful: fresh and clean! The corners and edges are meticulous. There are two thick coats. No roller marks at all. The crew was polite, with no loud talking or music – so my husband and I could continue with (my) housework and (his) conference calls. They cleaned up with clean cloths and mops, so things are sparkling better than when they arrived! All furniture and rugs were replaced. Their work was a bargain compared with the 2 weeks I would have spent teetering up and down ladders + trips to the ER when I would inevitably fall. I recommend Elstan Painting without hesitation or reservation.
