I used them to put our Christmas lights up: they were AMAZING! Very professional, the price was fair and they put them up and took them down after the holidays! Definitely recommend them!

After having Luis and his team paint my house (including working on siding and trim) my siding, earlier this year, I was pleased when they reached out about installing Christmas lights. They did that job with the same professionalism they demonstrated with the paint job. Couldn’t have been happier with the decoration! It will be something I have Pro Painting do annually.

I am shocked the rating is anything but 5-stars all around. Luis and his crew are 100% our trusted team over last 3+ years for all our painting needs AND putting up exterior Christmas lights. They are amazing, efficient and best-priced when it comes to paint jobs as well as putting up lights! I was extremely pleased with their prices and work product. They are friendly, professional and you are left with an extremely good end work product. Could not recommend Luis and his team more!!! Thanks guys!

These guys painted my entire 4 story condo on the inside and painted/stained my roof deck. Very professional and it turned out amazing. I will never use any other company because you get the best with Pro Paintingof Dallas!!

We had a very disappointing experience with Luis and we were very dissatisfied with the outcome. The entire process was very rushed and only the bare minimum was done from prep work to touch ups. Even basic preparations such as tarping shrubs or covering door hinges were not taken. Numerous spots were unpainted after they tried to claim they were done. This resulted in them having to come out many additional times and unnecessarily extended the project by many weeks. Worst of all, they tried to save a buck and use wood paint on a concrete porch, despite charging us for concrete paint. Since the improper paint was used, water quickly got under it causing bubbles and peeling. I would not use this company if I had to do it all over. EDIT: Luis, thank you for the reply. I recognize that a one star review is not good for business and I am happy to update it if you put forth a good faith effort toward making this right

Requested a commercial quote 2 months ago. Has since contacted me 5 different times: three times via email, and then twice via text, asking me if I want to hire them. If I wanted to hire you, I would have responded to you, there is no need to keep harassing potential customers with unwanted communication, and via personal text messaging, at that. When I told him to stop texting me, he responded unprofessionally. We hired someone in the same area who cost half as much as Pro Painting, for the exact same job. Get a second opinion. And skip the hard-sell, rudeness, and harassment found here. Also, I only got quotes from TWO companies total. I think I can easily sort who has contacted me and who has not. Also, I never once called them nor texted them from my cell phone; they did not have my permission to contact me, other than through initial email.

We’ve known Luis since he was with 5 Star. This last job with Pro Painting of Dallas was a bad exprience being made worse by the poor work that we are now paying someone esle to fix. I would not recommend for anything other than painting. If repairs are needed, beware. You will see the unwillingness to own the poor wormanship in the respone soon to follow. If you have a big job and would like to know more of the work done by Pro Painting of Dallas, dm me and I will tell you. I would be happy to update this review if the shutters that didn’t last two months were repaired…
