Southern Painting used inferior paint when they painted my entire house two years ago. Already the white paint is graying and chipping on northern exposed surfaces. When called in, Kris Shanklin admitted that the paint was inferior – either diluted or otherwise tainted – and tried to blame it on Sherwin-Williams, the alleged paint supplier. When asked to repaint the surfaces, he refused to take the calls or call back. Avoid these people, unless you want to repaint your house every two years.

Southern painters did a great job painting our new home within a day time frame. Thomas was very accommodating and professional throughout the process. We’ll be using them in the future again for sure.

We were very pleased with the outstanding job they did painting the exterior of our home. Our bid was given professionally and promptly with our painting scheduled and completed in the time line promised. We were impressed with the detail to attention on the prep work, the quality of paint used, and the skill of the painters. A final inspection was completed to ensure our satisfaction. We look forward to using Southern Painting Houston West Memorial for our interior.

I saw Southern Painting while taking the kids out for ice cream at Baskin Robbins next door. I remembered hearing people talk about how good they were so I hired them to paint two rooms in our house. They did an excellent job! They sent 5 people out and knocked out the job in half a day. I was so surprised! They cleaned up very well and there is not a spot anywhere. They are reasonably priced and worked with my schedule. We will definitely use them again!

We had the exterior of our house painted and we are extremely happy with the results. Very easy process from start to finish. They were fast and made sure everything was done right. I would definitely hire them again.

SP did a fantastic job painting our garage and some repairs. A three man crew came in and will very little input from me transformed my dingy, twenty year old garage into a show place. I highly recommend this company and have them coming back out to quote painting the exterior of my house.

I am so very happy that my neighbor referred me to Southern Painting! From beginning to end, they were timely and professional – very tidy too (I’m pretty particular!) The detailed estimate told me exactly what they were going to do. I never questioned my decision going with this company. Thomas, Kris and their crew are outstanding! Their quick response and incredible work with attention to detail and perfection was like none other.
