Unfortunately, we weren’t able to experience it. They do not take appointments on Saturdays and when we were quoted 1 hour wait time, there was no way for us to give a phone number or anything to be notified when a table became available. There was no where for us to sit and wait inside for the hour we were quoted so we ultimately decided to leave. Disappointing because it looks like a cute place. I would suggest a waitlist in the future so when there are long wait times people can go and come back especially if you don’t take appointments.

The experience of painting was fine. Colors were missing or mis-labeled and the employee didn’t seem to know where more were. I never got a call that my pieces were ready. When I went to pick up my finished pieces, I got someone else’s item. They told me it would take a long time to check all the other bags from that day and offered me a gift card…to a place I’ll never return to.

Horrible experience, will not go back. Went there for tiny tot Tuesday. The person working there did not honor the “buy two get one free“. They charged us 3 times the full price, even though we asked at the beginning about the promotion. When we mentioned the promotion again while paying they just said “that they needed to make money, too“. Absolutely would not recommend this place as they do not care about their customers.

Great cute date night or a fun activity with the family. Very unique ceramics to choose from and paint. The prices are reasonable with unique discounts depending on the days you go. Went on Wednesday and received 20 percent off any piggie bank ceramics. The price of the ceramics also include the studio fee and wide selection of paints. It takes about a week for them to fire and glaze the ceramics. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique activity.

My parents made some pottery here with my daughters a few months ago. We never got any communication saying that the pottery was ready to be picked up and we forgot about it until this week. I called to ask if they still had it and the incredibly awkward & unfriendly store associate said that they didn’t. I asked he if could please check and he said that anything over 60 days old is thrown out. So he refused to go and look. I said that it’s very disappointing that they never reached out to us with any kind of reminder and he could’ve cared less. So yeah, we won’t be back.

Fun experience for the kids. The kids enjoyed choosing their ceramic, then painting and personalizing. I was leery of the lack of seating due to spring break, but they had another room which could seat about 25 people. Staff was friendly and helpful even though she was swamped with all the spring break rush. This would make unique gifts as you make it yourself and customize however you like. I was suspect, as a Dad, but it was an enjoyable experience watch the kids have fun.

We visited with three kids on Saturday. Waited patiently for an hour but received no service. We walked out after they seated people that came after us. Felt very discriminated. Never coming back.

i’ve come here a few times in the last two years, and its been nothing but a great experience. perfect place for a date, or hanging out with friends. employees are very kind and helpful it’s an easy process to come and pick up your pieces.

Very nice and relaxing place to visit. The price depends on what ceramic you want to paint. You pay after you’ve completed painting. We spent about 2 hours there and enjoyed every minute. The large dog bowl was about $22 and a large coffee cup was about the same, just for reference. The time spent, kind staff, coffee shop vibe, and ease of everything was worth it and we will be back.
