While doing work for my HOA, they damaged my window screen and offered to take it for repair. I was told it’d be returned me in two weeks, but now it’s been two months and they don’t return phone calls. You effectively stole my window screen.

Our condo association had a total of 128 balconies that needed repair or replacement of rough sawn Cedar. They are the homeowner responsibility so AAA was cautious on the proposal at dividing out the cost so our association could do a chargeback for each of the unit owners. AAA was efficient, conscientious of the property, and fixed any minor imperfections. Dan and his crew were transparent and communicated well with our executive board throughout the project. Mother nature caused a few delays. To us this was a big job, and it’s hard to please that many homeowners, but we are very happy. We definitely would recommend AAA for your Construction needs. AAA Painting and Construction is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Getting my Townhouse deck repaired took 9 visits and ended up costing over $7,300 for an approximately 10×10 deck. From the beginning I had asked for a quote to replace the entirety of the deck. They gave an inadequate quote, I asked for a second quote. They performed services based on the second quote and reused the rotten boards that were in my deck prior (again, I wanted a complete replacement). They came out a 4th time to correct the deck. They came out a 5th time. A 6th time. 7th, 8th, 9th time. Can you imagine how much time I was taking off work to come back an check on these jokers? It took AAA coming out NINE times to get this barely sorted out. A member of their own company came out and told me the repairs rendered were inadequate, and the manager still was saying it was A-OK. After all the trouble with this company, there was ONE last attempt for them to rescue themselves. They came out a day early (when we had a scheduled date I wanted to be around for) – they came out a day early unannounced, and then painted my deck right before it rained for several hours. I have worked with HOA groups, management boards, management companies, etc., for the last 15 years. AAA has been the absolute WORST I have every interacted with or had services performed by. The communication between their crew, office, management and sales is worthless at best. Their follow up is, somehow, even worse. Worse yet, when AAA screws you over, your management company says that the 100% PRE PAY contract you entered with AAA on, is your fault and your problem, so the management won’t help you when you’re getting the shaft. NEVER EVER EVER EVER use AAA, for ANYTHING.

Horrible. Never use this company. Frank who works there cannot drive and crashed into my car on the job. He was laughing and cracking jokes the entire time. This man needs to be fired. Completely unprofessional company I will recommend for anyone to never use them. Laughing after you caused an accident and never apologized. Horrible horrible horrible 9/25/23 I have sent this company 2 emails and have NOT heard anything back yet. They only respond to google reviews for show. Do not use this company.

Painted my mom’s new deck twice- it peeled immediately. They did not prep the deck correctly (wash it).

As a board member of a 23 building townhome association, I can’t recommended AAA more. They’re easy to work with, the painters are professional, and their quality of work gets better year after year. There’s a reason the association has been a long-standing client for years and will continue to use them as our exterior painter.
