Pfund Construction 2 months agoPfund Construction is in charge of the construction site in Edwardsville at the old police station, and I work right next door. The iron workers that were present earlier this year were welding and plasma cutting letting hot metal particulates fall from the 5 story tall building. This completely ruined most of the clear coat on my personal vehicle, and 4 other vehicles in my work parking lot. I have gotten a quote for $2,600 for my vehicle alone. My $40,000 car is now essentially worthless, it looks absolutely horrible. The man in charge at this site and his company is refusing to pay for damages or set things straight. Pfund has absolutely no regard for what damage they cause during their projects. Shame on this company and shame on the project manager. I’m just a working man that wants the damage they caused fixed, not a dollar more or a dollar less. I simply cannot afford to fix it myself. I have filed a police report and they recommended taking this to Civil court and said I have a VERY strong case.

Justin explained everything really well and showed us what to expect with the Radon Mitigation system inside and outside. He and Mason were efficient and respectful of our home. Their work is guaranteed for 5 years. Highly recommend.

Lantz Homes Inc 9 months agoEveryone told us that building a home is stressful, but this was not at all our experience with Lantz. Jeff Sr. and Deb were extremely knowledgeable along each step of our build, including helping with selections, immediately solving any problems that arose, and ensuring the highest quality contractors were used. We experienced very few delays, even though we built through the first part of Covid shut downs. We have now lived in our home over 3 years, and the quality of building materials and work is still very apparent. If you are looking to build a custom home in Edwardsville, Lantz Homes is unmatched.
