A & E committed to coming back to correct any issues including rust spots. Less than 6 months after getting my home painted, I started to see rust. Since then we have been communicating with the company and being promised they would return. It’s been 2 years and they have not…

**UPDATING MY REVIEW** Update 2 years later: paint still looks great, but A&E has failed to keep multiple promises made to me at initial project quote. One promise was that A&E would come back to my home 2 years post painting to give me a free “house wash” (power wash). I’ve tried for the last month + to contact the owner but she either tells me she will get back to me (and never does) or completely ignores my texts. Good product but poor customer service. They failed to keep their promises and for that reason I’m updating my review. It’s a shame because I referred so many people, and would have continued to do so, but I will no longer speak highly of this company. Don’t lie to customers to win jobs! ***** We just had our home painted by A&E and couldn’t be happier! Everyone from the owners to the painters were top notch. Friendly, affordable, great workmanship and all around a great company. Highly recommended!

When they originally painted the exterior of our house it looked great. However, in less than 3 years the cracks they sealed have reopened and we have so many spots that have faded from grey to white. For over 6 months they either have ignored my texts and phone calls or said they would be out next week to fix it. Next week has come and gone many times and they still have yet to show up. They do not honor their warranty apparently nor their work. Don’t use them!!

The house looks so much better after being freshly painted. Couldn’t be happier. Everyone was great throughout the entire process.
