I called API coating with a painting need for the Condo I managed, and they were quick to get me a competitive quote. Once the quote was approved, they had a crew out the following week getting the work accomplished. Their workmanship is second to noe.

I met with James and believed he was sincere about the quality of work API preforms, after all he was the most expensive. His team took a 5 day job and completed it in 3 1/2 days. Unfortunately they did things like painting around toilet tank lids, not covering the toilets or tubs, they all had paint splatter all over the porcelain. It took 4 hours to clean up what would have taken the painters 10 minutes to cover. Areas were painted thin. Needless to say I will not use API again.
