From the first contact with Jose and he walked around my house giving me detail by detail of what his team would be doing to get my house looking its absolute best I was immediately impressed. Once his team showed up and started the process of preparing my home for painting they went above and beyond what was expected to ensure that every detail was handled properly. Every neighbor that passed by my house was amazed at the transformation, I even had a couple of neighbors text me and either say how great it looked or they asked for the painters contact info. I can say that I am still smiling ear to ear at the remarkable job that they did, the excellence that was shown and the timeliness that they took to ensure my satisfaction. I truly extend my gratitude and sincere appreciation for the hard work that each and every worker took to make sure I was completely satisfied. Hired them for a large project, initially very responsive and communication was great. Once the project started and they received their first payment, that is when the delays started. Our contract didn’t have a set completion date, my fault, but they started putting other projects in front of ours. A job which was suppose to take 3-4 months, once started, took over a year. After completion, some of our neighbors had issues with their work, some were corrected while others were not. Since they received final payment, again my fault should have held it, they have been unresponsive and ignoring the owner repairs. The reason I gave them a 3 star rating, vs a lower rating, is they did completed the overall job. If you deal with this company, here is my advice:. 1. Set a date of completion and a penalty if they don’t meet that deadline. They will put other jobs in front of yours once they get paid if you don’t set a date. 2. Don’t pay in full until the repairs are done. They will try to get full payment once the job is done but repairs/corrections are still needed. 3. Keep everything in message/email, as I’ve done, in case you encounter issues and need to take legal action. 4. Be very clear on the contract and expectations. Ensure everything is specified on what is covered vs what is not.
