After you hire a painting contractor you would not expect to have to go over and repair his work…this is what happened to us after hiring Consolidated Painting, Inc. Our home was never prepped properly or as neighbors have stated, not at all! After Mr. Randall was paid (no walk-thru done) we sent him a letter of dissatisfaction. He had every excuse in the book for his inferior work. We were able to negotiate a refund of $1,000 and he and his crew returned to repair a list of deficiencies. After completion I went outside and simply asked him, “How to you repair deficiencies on a house you never prepped?” I told him we were done as there were still many deficiencies in this job. We ended up filing a complaint with the California State Contractors Board.

Mr. Doug Randall is a very nice and honest guy been in auburn for many years and knows alot of people if you are considering a paint job I’d advise you to call him . Very respectful
