Yalcin’s team is awesome. Upon my request online he responded promptly with an estimation appointment in a few days. He arrived on time and did thorough estimation with pointing out things which I am not aware of. Particularly I liked that his team can do roof cleaning together with exterior painting, which saved me efforts to obtain separate quote for roof cleaning. He followed up with a competitive quote, and let me decide whether to proceed with the optional services, which is a plus. The week his team did the project for my house, is one of the hottest week with record temperature. His team did an outstanding job with putting a lot of hardworking. Definitely highly recommend.

Yalcin has worked on our basement, rec room and basement bathroom, he did an excellent job could not be happier and will work with him again! He took our impromtu requests in the middle of the job gracefully and executed it to perfection! He gave us excellent advice on what’s worth doing ourselves or seeking professional help. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Yalcin and his team painted the exterior of my home and I was very happy with the work. He also did some repair work on a window frame which had rotted due to water damage. He provided a reasonable estimate in writing within a couple of days of visiting my home and he kept in touch as the start date was delayed due to rainy weather. I am a pretty picky person when it comes to this type of work and I noticed a few spots that needed an extra coat and Yalcin was more than happy to go around the house and touch up the house and continue to work on it until I was a happy customer. If I have more work for his team in the future I will be reaching out for sure.

After coming across recommendations for Istanbual Painting in the internal homeowners’ forum of a large tech company, we contracted Yalcin to paint our house’s exterior this summer (2020). Throughout the whole process from initial estimate to project completion, Yalcin and his team were polite, responsive and prompt. Their work was thorough and meticulous. I have used yalcin for my interior and exterior now. He does very professional work. His guys who work with him are extremely nice and hard workers. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. The work was completed in just 3 days for a very affordable price. It has been a year now since they did my cabinets and they still look brand new! Yalcin and his crew did an awesome job painting my condo. Over the last 8 years, it has been used as a rental unit and really showed a lot of wear and tear. There were holes in the bedroom doors and damage to the ceiling from a stripper pole that a tenant decided to put in the dinning room. (If the walls could talk….) Yalcin and his crew were fast, reasonable, and repaired all damage as if it was never there. Yalcin explained to me during the walk-thru what he could fix and what might still show (again, this condo has been thru the ringer) but everything turned out great. He has great pride in his work and it shows.
