Sam came to my house and gave me a very reasonable estimate on painting the exterior of my house and garage. He was very kind, courteous, professional, and answered all my questions. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to have Legacy paint my house because my house was build before 1978 and tested positive for lead in the original paint job. Sam referred me to several other painting companies who are certified to paint older homes that had been painted with lead paint. I really appreciated how helpful he was and hope to use Legacy when I am ready for interior painting.

I hired Legacy to paint couple of my rental houses in Kirkland area and let me tell you, my experience was surprisingly very good! I know a lot of companies have bumps thru the process and I was already expecting a few, but since the beginning the team was very professional and proactively. Troy the salesman was very quickly on his quotes and their operation manager Jeff kept me on board thru out the whole process. I was informed when the painters were coming every day what made me feel very confident and comfortable with the experience. On the very last day the owner Mark stopped by to check the final work, we had a few touch ups, and the painters came on the following day to fix everything. I would hire those guys again. Great experience!

Legacy painting just completed the interior and exterior painting of our condominiums. They have demonstrated a high level of professionalism and skill during the last several months. They were cooperative, respectful and efficient. We were more than satisfied with the quality of their work and their attention to the time lines. I would rate them as excellent and would have no reservations about hiring them for future projects.

Legacy Painting has just completed the painting of all interior and exterior spaces of our 26 unit condo building. We three HOA Board Members vetted Legacy before we contracted with them and have closely followed their work during the several months they were on site. Through out, we have been supremely pleased with their professionalism, work ethic, the care they took in painting large surfaces and small, and their overall talent. They were easy to work with, pleasant, and promptly addressed any issues we raised. We are happy to give references.

We had legacy on our condo property for 2 months. We have very secure parking garage underground and you cannot even see in to see vehicles. All doors are security doors. Legacy painters had full access for two months. We’ve never had a break in. I work for a large high end tool manufacturer. A week ago my company vehicle was broken into and all tools in truck and in my storage space were stolen. My vehicle only was targeted. The thieves knew exactly where to go. There was no sign of forced entry. And police acknowledged it was obvious who stole them. These workers ate lunch and were in our garage daily and could see my vehicle and tools. They knew exactly where to go and gain access. They stole my tools. Don’t use them. They’re thieves

The team at Legacy are incredible. Their communication was top-notch from the estimate process to the actual job. The painters are very polite and hard workers. Their quote is on a slightly higher end but the immaculate work they do is well worth it. I’ve hired the cheaper bid in the past and regretted it. Thank you to the whole team at Legacy, will be referring you to all my friends and family and calling you back out for future projects.

We hired this company for exterior painting of our home. They told us that after the pressure washing, the job would take a few days only and there would be 2-3 painters. The communication with Jeff was completely off, he didn’t keep us updated and inconvenienced us by sending only one man to do the job without keeping in touch on details and status. The painters didn’t show up to prep the house the Monday Jeff told they’d come. We called and he said they’d be there on Wednesday. Instead, only one painter showed up on Friday, a week after the pressure wash. He did half the work by himself on Friday and then came back on Monday and was there all week by himself painting the house until end of day Friday. He was also sent to do other jobs on the last day instead of working on our home. The painter was great though, we asked for touch ups on some of his work and he did it gladly, and was very nice. We are happy with the final product, but the communication from Legacy was unprofessional and fell short of what they promised. Probably won’t use this company again.
