Caballero Painting has been my painting, staining and power-washing go to for a number of years now. Willie and his crews are very courteous and always do an excellent job. Most recently, I have decided to move and I called and asked if they could come out that week and power-wash the house and paint the floor in the garage. They came out looked over the job with me gave me what I thought was a great price scheduled the job and got it done. Now my house is ready to show for Open House. Thanks to Caballero Painting for their support and great work over the years.

I had hired Cabarello Painting Contractors twice before for my rental property, so they were my go-to hire to paint my condo before new tenants were moving in. I called up Willie (the owner) and scheduled about a month ahead of time as we had a tight timeframe between move out and move in. I paid the deposit to secure the slot. At the time of booking, I informed Willie that per my condo building’s rules he had to sign a Certificate of Insurance (COI). This is required for all venders (plumbers, movers, contractors) that do work in the building as it is a high rise. No other contractors/vendors I have used had any issues providing the signed COI per the building’s instructions. Willie initially pushed back on this , but after I confirmed the requirements with my Building Manager, he told me that he would “send it to me tomorrow.” About two weeks later I had still not received the COI from Cabarello Painting Contractors, so I followed up again with Willie, who told me he had sent it, and to ask the Building Manager to “check her spam folder.” After confirming that the manager didn’t receive anything, I asked Willie a 3rd time if he could provide the required COI. Instead of sending it over, he asked to speak directly to my Building Manager, so I provided the required contact information. After their conversation he called me back angrily stating, “They want me to cover everything to the left, right and above and below – F&%K that, man!” I later found out that he took a similar tone with my Building Manager as well. Three weeks after accepting the job, he told me that he would not be able to do it and he would refund the deposit. I now was left with only a few days to schedule new painters in the tight timeframe between move out and move in. If Willie had simply been honest up front and told me that he could not or did not want to do the job because of the insurance requirements for vendors, I would have understood and simply found another painter, which I ultimately had to do under extreme time pressure. Instead, I was lied to multiple times and treated very poorly, especially for a repeat customer. I was very disappointed that this happened because I had used Cabarello painters before at my rental property and was satisfied. Finally, to add insult to injury, my deposit was paid back to me after a month, instead of the 15 days that Willie had promised me on the phone and I was not refunded a “materials” fee, which he had never mentioned. Unfortunately, it seems to be Willie’s MO – telling you one thing and then doing another. After hiring Cabarello Painters for multiple jobs in the past I will not hire them again. Update – The review of CPC Painting Contractors, LLC is indeed correct, and Willie is right about the COI. The real is issue (as stated in my review) is I gave the vendor the requirement of the COI about three weeks before the job, and I was told that they would fulfill that requirement, and then was lied to when I ask about it again. Now the vendor is responding to a critical review by telling me that I have no integrity. All I have to say is, if you do business with CPC Painting Contractors, good luck!

Could not get the owner the come out do to an estimate and then they got mad at me because I wrote a 6 instead of a 9 in my address!

We hired CPC in August 2023 to paint the interior and exterior of our home. It was not the cheapest quote we received (nor the most expensive), but Willie provided a thorough, realistic, and thoughtful estimate, really taking the time understand our expectations of the project. The excellent communication continued daily throughout the project, which was completed on budget and early. The CPC team was incredibly friendly and respectful of our home, working carefully and cleaning up each day, and working through the different phases of the project so that it was not disruptive of our day-to-day. We were incredibly pleased with the value, the quality of work, and the way CoC handled the job. Would definitely use them again.

Highly recommend! We hired CPC to paint exterior portions of our townhouse and replace exterior wood trim. From the initial consult through the end of the project Willie and his team were responsive and professional. On the day of, his team was on time, efficient, and did a fantastic job! CPC Painting is a trustworthy company and I would highly recommend hiring them for your home needs.

We originally hired CPC 12 years ago to paint our home and several inside rooms. They did a fantastic job and when it was time to paint our home again this month, we decided to hire CPC again. I’m happy to say that they again did a wonderful job and we were 100% satisfied. We have a high and tall chimney and they especially did a great job there, as well as numerous other challenging locations on our home. Willie is very conscientious and when he did the walk around with me after the job, he noticed several items that needed touch up, which I did not even notice! We would absolutely hire CPC again in the future.

Willie was very professional, polite, and communicative, a rarity when dealing with home/office service contractors. Pricing was in line with others who ultimately did not get the job. We chose CPC because Willie was very professional, responded to emails/text instantly & did not try to upsell us, and the job was completed within the time frame. We are VERY HAPPY with the results and will be using Willie & his team again!

Willie painted my office and did a fantastic job! The office was a deep, deeeeeep red and now its a wonderful bright white. You would never know that the walls were red and Willie is a hoot and a wonderful dude. Will use again! **3/29/23 update** We used Willie and cpc painting for the interior of our house and couldn’t be more pleased. A return customer should be all you need to hear to call cpc.

The paint on the wall was streaky and they left a mess.
