I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin from Klappenberger & Son to fix the railing on the top staircase in my townhome, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Justin’s professionalism, punctuality, and expertise truly impressed me. Not only did he arrive on time, but he also completed the job efficiently and with impeccable attention to detail. Justin and his crew were wonderful to work with – great communication and careful about the details. They did a great job removing the “age” from our cedar and pine fences and then applying a couple coats of stain on both sides all around – it was a big job and looks better than new now!!

I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had using Klappenberger & Son to repair wood rot on the exterior of my home and other handyman duties. I am in the process of moving and needed repairs done to ensure the sale of my home. Justin was able to was able to go to my property without me in order to get a quote the very next day. I had several companies quote me for the work, not only was Klappenberger & Son the most responsive, they also came in at the best price. The job was scheduled for the very next Friday and the work was done very professionally, you cannot even tell we had wood rot repaired! Highly recommend anyone shopping around for painting or handyman services to give them a try!

As a Realtor, I’ve had many bad experiences with unreliable contractors. Justin Butler”s professionalism was a breath of fresh air! I was in a pinch with one of my listings and Justin saved the day! I was given Justin’s name from a colleague and he was not only responsive, but was thorough and timely. He came out the same day to give us a quote, and by the next day all the work was done. High quality work at a reasonable price! He also sent photos after the work was completed (which saved me a trip to the property) and followed up with to make sure we were satisfied with the work . I’ve already recommended him to colleagues and will continue to use him for all my listings!

They came out the same day, have us a great estimate, and had 3 things fixed that day (rotted wood, flashing, and paint). John was honest about the repairs and costs, providing various solutions and explaining benefits and shortfalls of each. We will be hiring them again for other services.
