Remnant Restoration Painting Company was recommended to me by coworkers who had both used the company previously. Connor made the whole process incredibly easy from start to finish. Really positive experience using Remnant Restoration for my interior painting needs. They re-painted the entire first floor of my room (which was in bad shape from the previous owners). Fantastic job all around – completed very quickly, they even repaired drywall that had issues, and they also provided an interior designer to help me pick colors. Connor (owner) is a true perfectionist. He gave me a quote the very next day after I called. He spent a great deal of time with me, explaining various paints and finishes. I’ve never had a painter take the time to do that during a quote, he knows Paint! I had water damage on a wall from ceiling to floor that he took care of -its perfect, smooth, as if it never happened. He goes above and beyond. My house looks amazing-I could not be happier.

As the owner of a Victorian era house in a historic district working on a façade renovation for over two years, I needed a painter that understood the level of quality and knowledge necessary to bring these old houses back to their full glory. After a long search and many on-site interviews, I found Remnant Restoration Painting and could not be happier with the results. Connor came out and spent the necessary time with me to get a full understanding of the scope of work and prep needed to achieve the final quality I expected. The old adage that painting is 90% in the prep work is very true. In the case of our project, it required a full strip of all woodwork, repairs, prep, sanding, and multiple coats of the proper oil paint. As someone who has been involved in the restoration of historic properties for many years, I highly recommend Remnant Restoration Painting, not only for its craftsmanlike work but for its highly professional approach in dealing with customers. Specifically, when I inquired about painting services, I heard back from Connor immediately, and we were able to schedule a site visit within a few days. I then promptly received a detailed bid, which required no correction or clarification, offering services at a reasonable price. After that, the crew began the job exactly when promised. Each day, the crew arrived exactly on time and worked efficiently through the day. (I mention this because I have experienced a very casual approach to the workday with other contractors.) The crew was also considerate of the fact that they were working in my home. The job was completed exactly as set forth in the bid and with a high quality of finish.
