After extensive research, we recently hired Enhanced Property Appearance to rehabilitate our finished basement following a waterproofing project. We could not have been happier with the process, results and work ethic of every worker from EPA. They are a company that cares about the quality of its work and the satisfaction of its customers throughout a project. My partner and I both work from home and therefore needed to know what to expect from day to day. EPA kept us well informed about who was coming to the house and when they were coming when we let them know our communication expectations. The drywall installers, Jimmy and Conner, did an excellent job and discussed creative solutions for our specific needs, such as a closet around our new sump pump area. The painters, Keith, Harun and Kenan, followed with a fantastic and quick coating of the finished area. Meanwhile, our foreman Jeff was working with the electrician and attending to details of the job. Jeff continued to make sure we were satisfied through the re-stretching of the carpet, by a pair of very knowledgeable workers Mike and Lee, and a few days after project completion when we noticed a few details in the bathroom that needed to be addressed. EPA cares about their work and cares about their customers. Finding a good general contractor can be a real crap shoot. With EPA you can avoid that stress and know that your job will be handled with professionalism and courtesy from start to finish.

My husband and I are very happy with our experience. John and his crew came out over the weekend to complete a painting job (living room, dining, kitchen, up the stairs and Hall). What we thought would be a two day job was done in 5 hours. The guys were on time and ready to work. They made sure the furniture was protected and cleaned up after themselves. We are looking forward to our next project with this company!

6 STARS!! I normally have some critique for a company, but WOW! Super professional, The work is impeccable, and the prices are incredible! I know, I sound like a commercial, but these guys are the REAL DEAL. Everything in my contract was abided by and there were no complaints whatsoever. I am going to hire them again and again! great job guys.

I had a stressful situation with a recurring leak and Jeff, Meg, and the team were super responsive and flexible with helping me out through multiple stages of repair and restoration. The entire team was extremely professional and responsive. They did an impeccable job on drywall replacement to our gutted guest room following a leak, including a board and batten wall, and on our master bath remodel. Jeff, our project manager, kept us informed and involved every step of the process. We met at least 10 members of their team – Jimmy, Conner, John, James, Eric – all of them were kind, talented, and gave our home the attention we would hope to see. Their attention to detail down to the smooth finish of the paint was much appreciated. The bathroom remodel came out even better than we imagined, with helpful advice and guidance on decision making throughout the process. We’ll look to hire them again on future home projects! Great to work with. Performed all the work when scheduled and on time. Contractors on site were in contact at all times and open to questions and changes needed throughout the project. Clean work area and hospitable to the neighbors while working.

Enhanced Property Appearance did a great job framing and drywalling our basement renovation, Jimmy and his son are some of the best finishers we’ve ever hired. Jeff who was our project manager was very easy to work with and kept our project moving forward. I highly recommend anyone to check out EPA.
