Shelter Solutions 7 months agoShelter Solutions turned our odd sized garage and upper floor into an accessible ADU right at the start of COVID. Even though material costs jumped through the roof (pun intended) they didn’t bill the materials at the new, shocking prices and instead tried to help us keep costs down so we could finish the project within our budget despite the unforeseen rise. We are forever grateful and confident in the workmanship as they communicated with us every step of the way.

Pliant Property Services, LLC. 3 days agoWe hired Pliant for our required sidewalk repair. Adam, the owner, came out to our property multiple times to talk me through options. I appreciated his knowledge and communication style. He was also patient while I talked with the city and finalized decisions. The work was done quickly, and the city approved it without issue. There did end up being an interruption to our sprinkler system, but they resolved it within 24-hours of us discovering it. The price for the project was way below the quote from the city.

Oak Rock Construction a month agoWorking with Martin and Javier of Oak Rock Construction on a fifty-year overdue remodel was like having the best of both collaborators and experts on the project! Not only is their work being admired by friends and neighbors, but the other contractors at the site have all been deeply impressed by their expertise, creativity, and the quality of the finished product. Communications were clear and consistent, schedules were respected as was the space – particularly important since I was living in the house. As with most old houses, this one had it’s quirks. Not only did they take these things in stride, but always managed to find a solution far better than the original plan. As someone who’s remodeled several homes, Oak Rock provided the partnership I sought and made what was a difficult project absolutely delightful. I am greatly looking forward to working with them again.

Next Level Building And Remodeling 5 days agoJeff and Dina Joblonski received a check from my 2023 closing which they had no right to cash. I had to file a small claims. After mediation the amount was not delivered on the agreed upon date.

Guffey Construction Llc 4 years agoI needed major work done in my basement after it flooded. I didn’t know any contractors, so I reached out to my friends for referrals. I was given the name of Chris Guffey, owner of Guffey Construction. He came to my home and we discussed what needed to be done. Chris did excellent work on my basement. He was very professional, pleasant to work with and his prices were reasonable.. I was extremely pleased with the work he did for me. My basement looks better now than it did before he worked on it. Fast Bath 5 months agoWe are more than happy with our two upstairs bathroom remodels by Fast Bath! The outcome is two serene, updated places for our guests and our grandkids to enjoy for many years. I love the Arizona tile that we chose and the Delta fixtures and Toto toilets. The pictures below say a lot. Thank you Chris, Jeff and Carlee!
