They did repairs to areas that had become rotten. Repaired a load barring post in the garage that was very rotten. We are very happy with the quality of the materials used and workmanship.

My husband and I recently moved to Pickerington and used Sean and his team to paint the interior of our home prior to moving in. As soon as we closed (which was early evening), Sean met us at the new home for a walk through/write up and estimate. He had the numbers to us that evening. We made our decisions and, despite a large project, Sean got his team in quickly so we could move in. Sean was very communicative and gave his honest opinions as issues came up (wall decals in the bathroom). The job was done quickly and professionally. We were very pleased with their work and would not only use them again but would recommend First Choice Painting to my friends and family! Thank you for making the house look beautiful!

I had extensive work done on my condo by First Choice Painting and Remodeling LLC. The walls and ceilings in every room were painted. The results were amazing. And with new baseboards the place looked better than new. Much care was taken with my property. They were meticulous with their work and clean up. I was so pleased that I had them do a total remodel of the master bath. It was beautifully done.

We contracted First Choice for two projects at our home. The quality of work was light-years beyond our expectations, and their devotion to detail is something you truly have to see to believe. Just as important as the outcome, and a pet peeve of mine, is a contractor living up to the obligations and expectations they proclaim during the quoting process. This experience was also amazing with Sean and his team. They did EXACTLY what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it, and kept us up to date through the entire process. I would recommend First Choice to anyone, whether a younger couple with a starter-house, or someone with a custom built multi-million dollar home.

I had First Choice remodel my kitchen and patio. They installed new cabinets, countertops, and replaced rotted wood on my patio. I can’t say enough about the quality of work these guys do. True professionals who are very knowledgeable of their craft, respectful to your home and property, and prepared to complete the job in a timely manner. They did such a great job on my kitchen and patio that they are my first call when I needed my ceiling fan fixed, garbage disposal repaired, and a water leak stopped. You get what you pay for with these guys… top quality.

Sean and Phil remodeled the first floor of my house over the last couple of months. The work they do is well above expectations. They were always on time and had the day planned out. If they needed to change gears they could do so quickly and without losing any time. They have an attention to detail that I certainly don’t have and were able to add small touches that made the entire project that much better. They were always able to give advice and both sides of a decision when one needed to be made. In every instance their advise was spot on and turned out perfect. I can’t endorse them enough!

Sean and his team did a outstanding job painting our house. We have rather than large house and he estimate approx 10 days for the job. To our eyes it was completed in 1 week and they did a absolute beautiful job on every room in the house. There professionalism is top notch and they have a complete respect for your home while doing the projects. I have nothing but great things to say about his company and team and will be hiring them for the next job we ha e up and coming. If you are looking for a team to do a complete makeover or just some touch up’s then first choice should be your only choice. They respect your time and schedule and will work around to accommodate you and the job you are needing done. Anybody looking for a very respectable, professional, and sincere company then I would advise to give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

The name First Choice Painting is so fitting. They will always be my first and last choice for anything I ever do with my house. Rare to find a contractor to take the time to explain things in layman terms so you understand what your options are. They have done all kinds of work for me. Sean Ryan always answers my texts when I ask basic questions on my DIY projects. Please give them a shot. You won’t be sorry.
