Will and Eric from CertaPro’s did an amazing job. Our job was small, but a tad bit of a challenge as we were painting a 1960’s ranch home for my in laws who were both 85. From start to finish Will and Eric (and crew) made the process extremely easy and turned a project that could have reeked chaos in their lives to something that was enjoyable and free of stress. While we did have one small hiccup on a paint color, after reaching out to Will, he assured me it would be rectified in the next few days. I’ve used CertaPro’s for our 6200 sq ft home and was equally as impressed to the level of detail down to the 1500 sq ft home for my in laws.

Certa Pro Painters were very efficient, timely, and friendly! Michael Caldwell was our initial contact person and I felt he truly took time to listen to our needs, answered questions well, and gave us an up-front quote the same appointment. The team that did our painting was amazing! They were timely, neat, and friendly. They painted/stained our 16′ X 16′ screened-in porch, deck, and front pillars in just three days (One was just a cleaning day). I would recommend Certa Pro Painters of Charlotte & Matthews, NC again and again! We are already hoping to plan our next painting project with them.

The Certapro team (Ricardo and guys) just finished the exterior of our home and we couldn’t be happier! They did an excellent job and are one of two painters recommended by our very picky HOA. The quote by Will was prompt and came in significantly lower than the other recommendation. Eric was communicative and delivered samples quickly for HOA approval.
