Feel like I was given the bait and switch but for the most part I was happy. I gave description of 125+ more square feet than I had. I was told it would not be more than $300 then when they came to do the quote it was almost $500. Feel like a bait and switch. Other than that it was an ok job. Guys were nice, and quick. Not sure if they really primed the ceiling and painted or just painted. They said that if they primed and painted they would have had to come back a second day. Plus I heard the spray gun for only a very very short time. Enough for what seemed like one coat. Can not tell I was not downstairs watching them. Just be aware of what I experienced and make your own decisions. Like I said for the most part I am happy.

While the CertaPro agent was a bit lacking in follow-up – the painters were excellent. They arrived on time, got right to work and were pleasant. I am very happy with the finished product. Wonderful. I will use CertaPro again

CertaPro did a great job as far as the painting on our front porch and side porch. However, I have to rate lower due to the fact that the painter who came out left our water hose on and laid it up next to our house when he left and the water was going underneath our house into the foundation. We ended up with so much water under there that it started running out the other side and across our driveway. Had my husband not seen this, it could have been much worse. He did call the salesperson who came out and told him. The painter did come back the next day and finish up. I feel that we should have gotten a discount due to that, but no discount was given😡😡😡

So, we hired CertaPro based on a recommendation of friends of ours. We are glad we did. They did an excellent job. They were very professional and courteous. They respected our home and did an excellent job. We had inside walls, ceilings, and baseboards painted as well as kitchen cabinets. The walls look great but man…the kitchen cabinets looks like a whole new kitchen. I will gladly recommend them.
