We recently had CertaPro paint our pool deck concrete bench. They did a great job scrapping and painting the bench. It looks great. The only comment would make is they need to be more proactive with contact regarding arrival time and work completion.

We recently had the outside of our house painted by CertaPro Painters. We met with several painting companies before selecting CertaPro. We had to have some extensive repair work in addition to painting the house. From the initial meeting we had with Brad & Roy to understand what we were looking for, to the meticulous work performed by Juan and his team (Juan Jr and Jesus), and the thorough walkthrough when the work was completed — it was clear the overall integrity and professionalism of CertaPro Painters. The quality of the work was impressive, and we were extremely pleased with the results. Juan and his team were very patient and answered any/all questions we had. They were very friendly, hard-working, and skilled. They finished the job meeting all our expectations. We also appreciated the walk-through and follow-up Jose scheduled to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend CertaPro for painting the exterior of your home.

It’s no small feat to find a painter. In today’s climate of fly by night contractors and shoddy workmanship I was happy to find Certa-Pro of Rocheater Southeast. I didnt know anyone who had used this company and was secretly skeptical to learn that they are a franchise. But, they are privately owned and operated. They came out and fielded all of my questions. There are some benefits to the customer with a franchise. Such as set standards of service, recourse and insurance. Their quote was on par with the others we got. We first reached out about the exterior of our home. We have a cedar shake house that needed some repair by a knowledgeable team. I found that Certa Pro of Rochester Southeast also owns and operate a separate construction (or renovation business?) as well and were very knowledgeable about what we needed and how to do it. I’m a reference checker and did reach out to those that they provided. They had glowing references. Certa-Pro was communicative, professional and responsive to my inquiries. They are currently contracted to do our exterior. We were so impressed with that process that we got a quote for our kitchen and family room (and kitchen island). They finished that project a few days ago. We couldn’t be happier. As a complimentary service they provide a colorist who will visit your house and help to select a color. We used that service and the woman was delightful, helpful and straightforward. There is NO project that doesn’t need some back and forth communication or that won’t experience a snafoo of sorts. These guy took ownership and made it right, right away! Here is a picture of our island. It looks factory perfect! It used to be white but they matched it to our base cabinets and it’s flawless. We are excited to see how our exterior will turn out and have no reason to believe our experience will be anything other than great. If anything changes with that, I will update review.

CertaPro completed interior and exterior painting work at our home in Mendon, NY on several occasions over the past ten years. They have always been professional and price competitive. The quality of the work has beens excellent.
